Leadership and Executive Counseling for Clergy: Leadership Coaching for clergy can help you  become stronger and more effective.  Clergy coaching explore challenges in personal and church life and helps you become the best pastor and person you can be.  Coaches discuss personal goals, give new perspectives on parish life and administrative tasks to give new perspective and offer new possibilities.

Coaching plans are centered on increasing effectiveness in ministry  and are collaboratively developed between  coach and pastor.  Assessments can be used to help deepen  understanding of personality and leadership style.  This  knowledge helps increase effective interactions with staff, church leaders, and congregation members.  Coaching can increase confidence, competence, and commitment to maximize ministry potential.

Coaching is a proven method to    increase and enhance professional and personal performance.  Through ongoing one-on-one or group sessions, individuals are guided in exploring and expanding their vision, unlocking    potential, and reaching desired goals with  increased confidence,         competency, and commitment.

Coaching sessions are based on the schedules of the client and the coach.  Sessions are scheduled 1 to 2 times per month with additional work being done between sessions.  Each 50-minute session can be conducted in person or over the phone.  Coaching relationships typically last between    3-6 months but can continue if the client so chooses.  Client and coach may choose to keep in touch between sessions via e-mail or phone.
