Self-Defense
The East Madison Martial Arts Group
and The Samaritan Counseling Center is
offering a self-defense class. The classes will meet the first and
third Tuesday of every month from 6 - 7 PM.

What You Will Gain:
Awareness of dangerous situations
Keeping your home, car, and you safe
Assertiveness responses
Self-defense techniques that work
Ability to respond to a variety of situations
A sense of safety and security
Using our body and everyday objects as a weapon
Response to multiple attackers
Demonstration of gun and knife disarms
Instructor: Dr. Dan Feaster, executive director and counselor with the Samaritan
Center is founder of the East Madison Martial Arts Group. He holds a second
degree black belt and teaching certificate in Modern Tae Kwon Do and Jeet Kune
Do Conceptual training. Member of the International Combat Hapdido Federation
and World Martial Arts Federation.

that you can move in. Children age 10 and older welcome.
